dries the eyes with captivity

traipses at the heels decorated in diamonds
searching for gold or painted glass
something to punish yourself with
your smoke
found me in a crowded corner
tasted my heavy breath and salty skin
painted my eyes in glossy gold

I found my interstates heavy with smog
when woken from your captivity

and then how everything else relates to it...
it's like "here is what it is ... this is how it's described"

I just love poetry like that...
The end was really strong too,
kinda got that "punch" to it.
